Although a not-for-profit mutual benefit corporation, The Sea Ranch is organized much like a municipality. The Board is seeking an experienced manager with unquestionable ethics and integrity who has the ability through excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate, facilitate and bring opposing interests and people together while perpetuating the design concept and protecting the environmental setting. |
