| Description |
| Under administrative direction of the Director of Public Works, plans, organizes, and directs the administrative, fiscal and support operations; performs complex financial, budgetary, claims management, business management, audit, billing, and fiscal management functions supporting Public Works' programs, including County Road Fund, Fleet Internal Service Fund, Plant Acquisition, Water Resources, and General Services including the County Airport; assists in policy and procedure development and implementation; and provides highly complex staff assistance to the Director of Public Works. |

| Requirements |
| Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Public or Business Administration, Accounting or a closely related field, and four years of progressively responsible experience in performing professional level administrative, budgetary, operational, organizational, or policy analysis that would demonstrate the application of the above knowledge and abilities. A Master’s Degree in Public or Business Administration, or related field is desired. |
